CrossFit MSP Class Schedule

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

CrossFit Group Classes: Our CrossFit MSP Group classes are the core of our Program. Working out in a small group setting, alongside a CFMSP Coach who will be keeping you on task, motivated, and of course SOLID on form and mechanics, this is CrossFit at its finest. Functional Movement, Constantly Varied, performed at High Intensity, seamlessly integrated into a powerful experience called the “Workout-of-the-Day” (WOD).

We are constantly looking to challenge you, and expand your fitness experience. Be ready, as it never gets easier, but it also never gets boring! As we often say to our clients, "...be ready to get comfortable with the uncomfortable".  (Note: this class is NOT inter-changeable with our BootCamp classes).

Rowing+CrossFit Group Class: This class will incorporate usage of the Erg (rower) as part of our CrossFit Group Class program. This class is for you if you want to learn and utilize your Erging skills in a CrossFit Group class environment. We will program this class to include a variety of functional movements you have come to expect our CrossFit Group Class program, just with special focus and specific training techniques on the Erg.

Kettlebell+CrossFit Group Class: This class will incorporate usage of the Kettlebell as part of our CrossFit Group Class program. This class is for you if you want to learn, and utilize your Kettlebell skills in a CrossFit Group class environment. We will program this class to include a variety of functional movements you have come to expect with our CrossFit Group Class program, just with a special Kettlebell focus and specific Kettlebell training techniques.

Barbell - Specialty Class: This is a dedicated 1+1/2 hours specialty class open to members of our CrossFit Group Class program, focusing on the Strength Lifts of Deadlift/Power Clean, Back Squat, and Press. Where, under the watchful eye of a CFMSP coach, you can practice your power lifts. (Note: Successful completion of our Starting Strength Introductory class is required prior to being able to participate in this specialty class).

Olympic Weightlifting - Specialty Class: This is a dedicated 1+1/2 hours specialty class open to members of our CrossFit Group Class program. Where, under the watchful eye of a CFMSP Coach, you can practice your Olympic lifts of Snatch and Clean and Jerk.  (Note: Successful completion of our Olympic Weightlifting 101 seminar is required prior to being able to participate in this specialty class on a regular basis).
