Monday | 6:00am; 12:00pm; 5:15pm; 6:15pm

Tuesday | 6:00am; 5:15pm; 6:15pm

Wednesday | 12:00pm; 5:15pm; 6:15pm

Thursday | 6:00am; 5:15pm; 6:15pm

Friday | 6:00am; 12:00pm; 4:15pm; 5:15pm

Saturday | 8:30am

All classes will start on time. Except where noted, classes will last between 50-60 minutes in length. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class start time to allow yourself adequate time to warm-up.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Group Personal Training: Working out in a small group setting, lead by a certified MSP Fitness Coach, the class will start out with a skills review portion, followed by a walk-through of what the workout-of-the-day calls for, then you are off to do the workout. Throughout the class, we will be keeping you on task, motivated, and solid on form and mechanics. This class is designed to constantly challenge and expand your fitness experience. If you are easily bored with workout "routines", not to worry. There will be no routines for you to get bored with in this class.
