CrossFit MSP BootCamp

Tired of the same fitness routine? Want to have a blast working out with like-minded, motivated people? Committed to making a change? CrossFit MSP BootCamp is the place to be!

CrossFit MSP BootCamp is a program that delivers SERIOUS results. The core of this program is its usage of constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. Functional movements are natural, effective, multi-joint movements being utilized in everyday real life. The program doesn't allow your body to get used to a routine, forcing you to constantly adjust and adapt, thus making your training more effective, yielding serious results. This class is open to participants 18+ years, regardless of experience or fitness level. We take great care to ensure that the workouts are scaled to everyone's individual fitness level.

What to expect from our CrossFit MSP BootCamp:

  • Improved core strength
  • Increased strength and cardio endurance
  • Increase in coordination and agility
  • Accountability of goals for maximum results
