We are very excited to announce a 60 day "Eat Well, Live Well, Be Healthy" challenge to our members.
Our primary goal with the challenge is to educate and share with you how through better nutritional choices, you can improve your overall health and performance. Armed with this information, we challenge you to make the decision to Eat Well, Live Well, with the end result of a Healthier YOU - not only for the short term, but for the long haul.
This challenge will be very different from other "diet challenges" you may have seen or participated in the past. Our goal and mission at MSP Fitness|CrossFit MSP is to help you achieve long-term Health, Wellness, and Performance. With that in mind, our plan is to set you up for long lasting change and thus success that will become second nature, and eventually your "New Normal".
Key dates you need to mark on your calendars are as follows:
1. KICK OFF: Saturday, February 25th, 10:30-11:30am
You MUST be in attendance at this meeting as we will be sharing with you some crucial "rules of engagement" - what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, how we will be communicating with one another as a group throughout the challenge, and more.
2. CHECK UP: Saturday, March 24th, 10:30-11:30am
Midway check-in meeting.
3. Final Check In: Saturday, April 21st, 10:30-11:30am
Last day of the challenge. Final check-in.
