With that in mind, know that all CrossFit gyms are individually owned and operated. In short, all gyms "do their own thing". As such, each gym will be different, and are not created equal. What does this mean to you? You should check out the facilities, the coaches, and the classes. Some may omit Olympic weightlifting, Strength training, or some other modality. Some programs are based on bodyweight only. The experience and skill level of coaches also vary. Some may just tell you what to do (note: this is definitely not the same as having someone explain and show you what to do, how to do it, and why). Is there professional coaching going on? Are you learning new skills and moving forward? What else do you get with your membership? Are there opportunities to attend specialized workshops and seminars? So, we are similar, but can be immensely different. It is important for you to choose a facility that suits you and your goals, one where you feel comfortable, one where you will stay the course. After you have done your due diligence, we hope that you will join MSP Fitness|CrossFit MSP on the basis of our professional facility, professional coaches, and professional program(workout) design.
