Hey guys! I'm in Honolulu (for work) and this morning I grabbed a board and hit some waves- getting up and down on the board is a burpee on a surfboard... and all that paddling ought to do something for my back, geez. If that wasn't enough, I had to take advantage of visiting the local CF affiliate. Here's what we did today at CrossFit Oahu:

Practice heavy turkish getups

then

"Helen"
3 rounds for time
400m run
21x KB swings (I used 16kg)
12x pullups

I finished in 14:05. I don't remember if that is better or worse than the last time I did it. I'll have to check the board when I get home. Oh, and my stupid left hand ripped due to my "death claw" grip on the pullup bar. BOO. At least it's my left hand and not my right.

I hope to go surfing one more time before I leave, but not sure if I can make it back to CF Oahu, we'll see, gotta get some work done. Miss you guys and the gym! smilies/cheesy.gif
