Pete has been with us for a few months now and has done a fantastic job with the Oly lifts. Pete is a perfect example that CrossFit and fitness is ageless! We're glad you're here Pete.

Today's WOD at CrossFit Salt Lake City:

4 rounds for time:

750m row
30 double unders
15 burpees

Look familiar? It's from the UT/NV sectionals that we'll be doing on Monday, March 22 for the gym wide CF Games Sectional challenge. So, when I walked in and saw it, I wasn't too excited. First of all, if any of you know me, I'm a horrid rower. Well, there were only 6 rowers and more than 15 people, so the rest of us had to run. Again, if any of you know me, I'm an even worse runner than I am a rower. On top of that, we're at an altitude of 4200 ft and man, my lungs were BURNING. The air was THIN. Had to bust out the inhaler. I didn't care about the time, I was just concentrating on finishing, and did so in 33:33.
