"Chelsea"

Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes of:

  • 5x Pull-ups
  • 10x Push-ups
  • 15x Squats

**NOTE: If can't finish the round within the 60 second window then the workout turns into an AMRAP ("As Many Rounds As Possible") within a 20 minute period.

I guess I'm a little confused about this WOD: for those studs that can do it, the result is simply "completed", and for the rest of us, it just becomes Cindy? Guess I'll have to show up and find out! smilies/wink.gif

Don't forget the gray area of 20-30. That's where I want to make my home.
Perhaps a few people with 30 in the past will pull out a weighted vest. Is it physically possible to Chelsea x2 10xPullups, 20xPushups, 30xSquats?

10/20/30 would be brutal. I think it could be done but my guess is that the 20x push ups would bite you first...this is assuming SOLID form.

P.S. To everyone, today we are looking for Top Shelf technique. Chin over the bar. Chest to Deck to Full Extension, Hips below Parallel and hips Fully Open at the top. It is easy in the heat of the moment/clock to start to cut corners unintentionally. Not today! smilies/grin.gif

Not yet, healthy as can be. 2 more week before surgury.
I plan on being at the box tonight rocking 20+ rounds of Chelsea. I think I can count that towards my goal of a 20+ rounds of Cindy.
