"MARY"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:- 5x Handstand Push-ups
- 10x One legged squats, alternating
- 15x Pull-ups

Guess what Lucas, since Cindy isn't one of your favorites, you can do Mary instead.
And yes, it is one of my favorite benchmark WOD. It's one that everyone can easily do from time to time to gage their progress.
