You just have to see it to believe it. My favorite is what happens after about 2:00 in...unbelieveable. (Forgive the colorful language usage within the first :15. Skip over that if you would prefer)

Yea...after all of that...
Hmmmm....what should I do as my finale........well........lets see.....why don't I just grab this bar and SNATCH 190KG (420lbs), hold it over my head for 10 seconds while I scratch my calf.

How about deadlifting 884 pounds for a triple?
I want to be like him when I grow up.
Also, after watching this video I'm never doing alternating grip on DL's again. Double overhand with that kind of weight??? Sick.

Yeah - I thought my thumbs hurt hook-gripping 405, not so much compared to 884! Crazy that they don't just rip off

That dude is sick!
Thanks to Alex for the Crossfit on the go work outs. I did 6 rounds of 200 meter sprints with sets of 15 air squats and 15 pushups in between for a 13:36 time last night.

"Nicely played fine sir. I especially enjoyed the more introspective 2nd movement in D minor (the saddest of all keys---nerd moment...anyone? anyone?). It was just a few moments into the recapitulation where you DEADLIFTED A SMALL HOUSE OFF THE GROUND!"

I love the calf scratch - a great improvisation leading into the final cadence of the 3rd movement!
