I would say those are some pretty accurate Wallball tosses. Well done Jason and Kristin.

I can aim the wall ball OK, but it's too bad I'm a terrible shooter when I play basketball smilies/smiley.gif

How did you do wall balls in the middle of a hill?

I can't help but notice the "nice little saturday" doesn't include a trip to Home Depot.

Good question Tania. It's a hill that plateaues in the middle for about 5 yards, so there's a level spot about halfway up. My real problems was that my homemade medicine ball (a basketball filled with sand and duct taped shut) broke open during the workout and kept leaking sand all over me.

And 20 points to Justin for noting the Old School reference. Nicely done!

Ok, but . . . is there a WALL in the middle of the hill???

i think the real question, tania, is why only a twenty pound vest? Awesome job, matt. that sounds brutal enough sans vest if you ask me.

That's a great question, Chris. I assume carrying the vest was only 20lb because the wall-ball was carried from the middle of the hill to the top, for a total of 40 extra lbs. Unless there are two wall balls. And still wondering about the wall . . .
