5 x run up a 50 yard hill w/ 20# vest and the following stations:
-bottom: 25 double unders, 10 DL and 5 PJ w/ 155#
-middle: 10 20# wallball

Good question Tania. It's a hill that plateaues in the middle for about 5 yards, so there's a level spot about halfway up. My real problems was that my homemade medicine ball (a basketball filled with sand and duct taped shut) broke open during the workout and kept leaking sand all over me.
