Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes of:
- 5x Pull-ups
- 10x Push-ups
- 15x Squats
**NOTE: If can't finish the round within the 60 second window then the workout turns into an AMRAP ("As Many Rounds As Possible") within a 20 minute period.
