agreed jon. and the cnn vignette on xfit (linked on hq) was about as meaningless as sixty seconds could possibly be. "CrossFit is hard." Um...yeah, and? At least they said "functional movements."

Also, go to the HQ site today. Look at that picture that's posted. I'm not going to say it's as ridiculous as the thruster partner toss video I've seen but it's not too far off. Team clean and jerk????? You've gotta be kidding me.
